Reservations require full paymentof fees. No Refunds are avaliable. If it becomes impossible for a party to use the Yurt at the reserved time, credit will be given for a future use in that season. However, the canceling party must notify the Wilderness Equiptment Center at least three (3) day's prior to their reservation and credit will be allowed only once. Those who are within (3) day's of their reservation will forfeit theirdeposit. Remember only one change is allowed and credit must be used that season.
Reservations begin 2:30 pm the day the yurt is reserved and extends to 2:30 pm the next day. Blooming Canyon can be rented for day use only if the yurt has not been reserved for night before or after the intended day use. Cost $10.00
Besides the yurt itself, there are plenty of other problems that you and your party can encounterin the harsh and unforgiving winter enviroment. Before going on a yurt tour, discuss potential problems with your party and make a careful choice whether you are willing to assume the risk. Be well prepared/p>
